After the Grant: The Funders’ Stewardship Role to ensure the Best Outcomes for Funded Initiatives

Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia and the Chester County Funders invite you to join us for the next session of the Chester County Funders: After the Grant: The Funders’ Stewardship Role to ensure the Best Outcomes for Funded Initiatives.

  • What is the importance of soliciting grantee feedback?
  • What is the funder’s role in stewarding the funder-grantee relationship?
  • What tools and techniques are available to help funders get started?

Philanthropy Network’s newly appointed Executive Director, Sidney Hargro, will join members of the Chester County funding community to unpack these questions and more in a discussion of good stewardship in the grantmaking process from the funder’s perspective. Attendees will discuss lessons learned from their own grantmaking and share steps all funders can take to ensure good stewardship in their philanthropy.

As always, members will also have the opportunity to share updates on key happenings and initiatives taking place throughout the county.

Members of the Chester County Funders Group who do not have a Philanthropy Network username and password should RSVP directly to Kabria Rogers at kabria@philanthropynetwork.org.
