In light of the powerful but often unanticipated waves of change sweeping through the West, China, India and elsewhere, this is a good moment to ask what companies, agencies, and non-profits can and should be doing to prepare for the rising uncertainty and greater complexity ahead.  Technological revolutions, new ways of doing business, and political shockwaves are leaving few enterprises untouched, and our 21st annual conference will focus on the leadership essentials for sustaining and growing an organization when the horizons and under-footings are increasingly unclear.
