How can you go beyond the vision for a diverse, equitable & inclusive workforce?

This workshop hosted by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance will explore best practices for recruiting, hiring and retaining diverse candidates as well as how to actively create an inclusive work environment. Attendees across all levels of leadership will be challenged to reflect on the role that unconscious bias plays and charged to create an action plan they can implement in the near future to increase inclusion within their organizations. After the event, organizers will continue these conversations by offering support and checking-in on action plan progress. Participants will leave the session with actionable practices, tips and supplemental resources to support the creation of strategies that will yield long-term results.
