Your Board of Directors is a critical internal audience, yet too often, Board Members may have a limited understanding of their nonprofit’s unique brand attributes, positioning, or messaging. And sometimes, it can be difficult to explain the value of new marketing ideas and outreach activities.

How can Board and staff work together to grow audiences and fundraising dollars?

Join us for our October panel, where we’ll showcase nonprofits that have successfully empowered Board Members to become enthusiastic Brand Advocates and active ambassadors that engage new audiences! We’ll dig into real-world case studies so that attendees can learn what works (and what to avoid!) from some of Philly’s top nonprofit leaders.

Panelists include:

  • Lisette Gonzalez, Licensed Community Benefits Advisor at UPMC Health Plan
  • David E. Griffith, Executive Director of Episcopal Community Services
  • Diana Ramsey, President of The Ramsey Group
  • Justin Nordell, Executive Director of Philadelphia Folksong Society
  • Moderated by Lansie Sylvia, Senior Strategist at J2 Design

The event is free but space is limited, so please RSVP.

The panel will begin at 9:30 am and conclude at 10:30 am. Come early at 9:00 am or stay until 11:00 am for mingling and networking! The panel discussion will be followed by a robust Q&A. Coffee and light breakfast fare included.
