The Neighborhood Equitable Recovery Fund is a partnership between the Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO) and Bread & Roses Community Fund that will support grassroots neighborhood nonprofit organizations that serve communities of color and those with low incomes, which have been hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Health Partners Foundation has awarded the Brandywine Health Foundation a $25,000 grant to expand the Coatesville Food Truck Project in providing culturally nutritious meals to Coatesville families struggling with food insecurity.
This immediate deployment of resources represents more than 25 percent of the foundation's endowment to area nonprofits and immigrant & worker relief funds.
