WEST CHESTER, PA (August 17, 2022) – The Fund for Women and Girls will host its 2022 Blueprint Report Launch on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 5pm-6pm at the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville. Published every five years, the Blueprint Report is the first and only comprehensive needs assessment of women and girls in Chester County.
The Fund for Women and Girls will honor Matrie Johnson – a longtime and devoted advocate for women and girls in Chester County – with its Kitchen Table Award at the 17th Annual Making a Difference Luncheon in May.
In fourth round of distributions, 101 regional nonprofits receive more than $3.25 million, including ten organizations providing medical care to vulnerable communities.
The Fund for Women and Girls says goodbye to current Executive Director, Michelle Legaspi Sánchez, and announces Mary Beth Morrissey as Interim Executive Director effective September 20, 2021.
